Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TERMS

COKLAT-IBIZA ensures delivery in Spain and all countries of the European Union. Deliveries outside of Europe are made with appropriate shipping fees.

Most of our deliveries are handled by the Correos service (Spanish postal service).

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping fees may be waived under certain conditions. Please check our website for more information.

We do not ship to a P.O. box.

DELIVERY TIMES

Jewelry available in stock is shipped within 72 business hours. Delivery times via Correo may vary from 3 to 15 business days depending on the destination and the time of year.

 

In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you promptly to offer a similar product of equivalent value. If this proposal does not suit you, we will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid.

In the event of a delivery delay attributable to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible.

 

If the delivery delay is attributable to the customer, for example, if they are not available to receive the delivery, we cannot be held responsible.

 

If the package is returned to us by the carrier in this case, the re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are automatically calculated at the time of the order and included in the amount to be paid.

 

All our prices are exclusive of customs fees. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

As each country has different customs regulations, the customer agrees to pay customs fees upon receipt of the package if applicable.
