    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer frequently asked questions about your company. For example, "Do you offer delivery?", "What are your opening hours?", "How can I book a service?".
  • I can't find the color I want, what should I do?
    Unfortunately, certain models/colors can sometimes run out. Restocking is carried out regularly, but not for all models and/or colors.
  • What if I live outside the euro zone?
    Deliveries outside the Euro zone are possible, but may take longer and cost more. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
  • Can I repair my jewel if it breaks?
    Don't panic, our jewelry can be repaired. You'll find a tutorial explaining how to repair your hair jewelry.
  • How do I find our sales points in Ibiza?
    All the indications are at your disposal. However, if you still can't find what you're looking for, please contact us and we'll be happy to give you more precise directions on specific days.
  • How do I add a new question/answer?
    To add a new question/answer, follow these steps: 1. From the Dashboard or Editor, click on the "Manage FAQ" button. 2. Click on "Add", then select "Question/Answer". 3. Choose a category for your question/answer. 4. Save and publish. You can modify your FAQ at any time.
  • Can I add an image, video or GIF to my FAQ?
    Yes, to add media, follow these steps: 1. From the Dashboard or Editor, click on the "Manage FAQ" button. 2. Create a new question/answer or modify an existing one. 3. In the answer text box, click on the Video, Image or GIF icon. 4. Add the media from your library and save.
  • How can I change or remove the "Frequently asked questions" title?
    From the Editor, go to the FAQ "Settings" tab. From the Wix Owner app, go to the Site and app tab.
