MODALITIES OF DELIVERY

The zone of delivery of Coklat-Ibiza usually covers Spain and all European Union countries. Nevertheless, we can also send parcels outside Europe charging adequate shipping costs.

We generally ship the parcels via the Spanish Correos postal service.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer except for particular and punctual promotions. Consult our website for more information.

Parcels cannot be delivery to a P.O. box.

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Once realized the purchase, we prepare the order within 72 working hours. The delivery deadline of Correos can vary from 3 to 10 days according to the destination and the period of the year.

In case of stock shortage we shall contact you immediately by e-mail to propose you an exchange for a similar product of an equivalent value or to proceed to a refund.

In case of delay of shipment of which Coklat-Ibiza would be responsible (out of cases of force majeure), the customer will have the right to cancel the order and claim for the reimbursement of paid amounts.

Coklat-Ibiza cannot be held responsible for additional delays derived from internal problems of postal service.

In case the additional delay in delivery which would be attributable to the customer, particularly if the customer would not be available to receive his parcel, the expenses of re-dispatch would be chargeable to the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the order and the destination. They are automatically calculated during the checkout process and included in the total price.

Shipping costs do not include the possible Customs rates for importing in certain countries. Upon delivery of the parcel, the addressee will have to pay the aftercosts according to the legislation of his country.
